Role Overview

We’re looking for a Training Operations Specialist to join our newly established Quality & Capability Development (QCD) team. This is a vital role that supports smooth planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning programs across the company by managing learning systems, analytics, logistics, and content development. The role also collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create high-impact internal training materials, deliver the training content, ensuring a seamless learner experience and data‑driven outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3–5 years of experience in L&D coordination, instructional design, or training operations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Education, or related discipline
• Certification in instructional design or L&D tools is a plus (e.g., Coursera ID certificate, ATD microcredentials)
