Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & Leadership
- Develop long‑term financial strategy aligned to company’s growth objectives (30%+ CAGR).
- Shape and manage capital strategy, including reinvestment, treasury, fundraising, and M&A opportunities.
- Lead strategic financial planning for service + product business model transformation.
- Partner with CEO and leadership team to drive business model innovation and long‑term value creation.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across all business units.
- Build cost models and profitability frameworks across consultancy, managed services, and product units.
- Establish margin discipline and pricing strategy in high‑talent‑cost consultancy environment.

Commercial & Operational Finance
Build and oversee unit‑economics and profitability tracking by :Country entities

Ensure compliance with Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia regulatory, tax, and audit requirements.Manage enterprise risk and governance aligned to cybersecurity and government‑project environments.Capital & Funding
Evaluate funding strategies (bank financing, government grants, VC / PE, strategic investors).Prepare investor‑grade financial narratives and reporting.Drive valuation enhancement and strategic transaction readiness.Build and scale finance team across region.Mentor and develop finance talent with an analytical and business‑partner mindset.Establish data‑driven finance culture with high accountability and collaboration.Key Requirements
Experience
12–18+ years experience in finance leadership roles.Proven CFO or senior finance leader in consulting / professional services or cybersecurity / technology sector.Experience scaling a regional consulting or tech services business preferred.Prior involvement in fundraising, investor relations, or M&A is strongly advantageous.Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline.MBA or Masters in Finance preferred.Familiarity with Singapore government grant mechanisms and compliance advantage.Strong in FP&A, financial modelling, valuation, and capital planning.Deep understanding of billable utilisation models and margin management in consulting firms.Ability to create scalable financial systems and processes.Excellent communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.Integrity, high accountability, disciplined leadership style.Performance Metrics
