A reputable technology company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition, to take care of multiple region in APAC.
Your new role
You will lead the recruitment strategy, manage the recruitment team, and drive initiatives to attract and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities below :
- Develop Recruitment Strategies : Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.Experience : Proven experience in recruitment, with several years in a leadership role.Skills : Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded up to RM20,000 monthly basic salary, with an annual performance bonus as total package.
