As Japanese Chef you will be in charge of running the Japanese restaurant outlet, reporting into the property Executive Chef - focused on high-end traditional & contemporary Japanese cuisine styles.

You’ll be innovative & enjoy menu development, creation of signature dishes, with a keen eye for details & food presentation. Positive personalities that enjoy sharing their knowledge, mentoring teams & interacting with guests
