Legal Associate (Employment & Industrial Relations)
What we're looking for :
LEGAL ASSOCIATE (EMPLOYMENT & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS)
The candidate must possess the following :
- Minimum of 3 -5 years' experience in Employment & Industrial Relations and Litigation practice area.
- Experience in independently handling Court matters relating to High Court judicial review / appeal, Industrial Court dismissal, non-compliance and other trade disputes is an advantage, but not required.
- Familiar with Industrial Relations and Employment Law, specifically in the area of disciplinary process management of poor performers, reorganisation and / or retrenchment, transfer of employees, voluntary separation schemes (VSS), collective bargaining, union recognition, statutory benefits, employees’ handbook and policies.
- Relevant experience in Employment & Industrial Relations gained from both legal practice and in-house roles will be considered.
- Good writing / drafting and analytical skills.
- A team player / hardworking and able to work independently
