What You’ll Do
As Designer, your role will require you to collaborate closely with client teams and business partners to provide high quality, fast turnaround presentation design assistance and advice on design solutions that effectively conveys the client's message and objectives. You will apply clear design principles to visual content, tailored to fit the intended audiences. Anticipating stakeholder needs is critical for this role. The position requires exceptional time management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills to ensure precise, efficient, and prompt fulfillment of assigned tasks. The ability to forge strong and successful working relationships with client teams and business partners is essential.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, fast turnaround design solutions for client teams and business partners, according to Bain and client brand standards.
- Advise on layout, design, and technical solutions with the goal of making the information and aesthetics simple, clear, and consistent. Interpret and transform insights and ideas into clear, engaging visual communications
- Create processes to check work and receive feedback; suggest improvements to produce better outcomes
- Autonomous and confident in design decision-making and fit-for-purpose design solutioning
- Guide and support the work of less experienced colleagues on content design, time management, client communications, and quality
- Mentor new Creative Services colleagues. Model inclusive behavior for team, respectfully engaging with team members in internal meetings and informal team interactions, fostering a "one team" approach.

0.5-3 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated track record as a designer within a corporate environment and supported by a diverse portfolioFluency in written and spoken EnglishA second language in Korean / Japanese is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceInterested in applying?
