Provide administrative support to Lodgement and Compliance Team, including preparing and managing documents, letters, and forms. Follow up with clients on compliance-related matters and assist in conducting routine due diligence.
Handle post-filing document organization, coordinate the collection of documents for statutory compliance, and support the Customer Service Team. Maintain and update clients’ statutory records in the internal system and update the client database.
Conduct video verification with clients, liaise and follow up with clients as needed, and work closely with colleagues and Department Heads to coordinate and support client service requirements.
General administrative duties include handling other administrative tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by the Department Heads.
Requirements
Diploma or higher education with 1-year relevant working experience preferred. Candidates with prior experience in corporate secretarial work or a legal background are preferred.
Must be able to work towards deadlines and according to SOPs, proficient in MS Office, and have proficiency in English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking clients.
Good working attitude with communication skills, ability to perform under pressure, and ability to multi-task. Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
