Job description
Responsibilities :
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (emails, phone calls, courier, etc.).
Maintain and update office records, databases, and inventory.
Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and office events.
Support HR and Finance departments in tasks such as claims, staff onboarding, leave records, and petty cash handling.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government bodies when required.
Ensure the office is well-maintained and runs smoothly on a daily basis.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or higher in education;
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player.
Proficient in English would be an advance
