Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (emails, phone calls, courier, etc.).
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and inventory.
  • Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and office events.
  • Support HR and Finance departments in tasks such as claims, staff onboarding, leave records, and petty cash handling.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government bodies when required.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and runs smoothly on a daily basis.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or higher in education;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player.
  • Proficient in English would be an advance
