Job description

Minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

Proven track record managing Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations

Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning, and API integrations

Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Project management and leadership experience.

Detail-oriented with high data accuracy standards

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Performance Indicators

Salesforce system uptime and performance.

User adoption rate and satisfaction scores.

Timely and successful completion of projects.

Data accuracy and report reliability.

Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.Experience :
