ROO (Retail Outlet Officer)

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement standardized guidelines & procedures and monitor store performance.
• Track store performance through a store scorecard sheet.
• Undertakes any assignment / special project as determined by the Retail Manager.
• Adhere to country & Company standards and agreed the operational procedures with all departments to enhance the Retail Outlet Service qualities.
• Interface with various internal DHL departments (Operation, Customer Service, Marketing, and Account & IT Dept) to ensure service alignment & enhancement.
• To manage and deliver customer-focused service in all retail outlet.
• Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash / credit card transactions of retail outlet.
• Maintain retail outlet Cash shipment data.
• Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between retail outlet to country office.

Job Requirements :

Job Types : Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length : 6 months

Pay : RM3, RM3,850.00 per month
