Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager Sales & Business Development

Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Bangi, Selangor or Bayan Lepas, Penang. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and delivering profitable revenue results. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating key customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in sales / business development within manufacturing, preferably plastics, injection moulding, or ODM / OEM environments.Proven track record in B2B sales targeting medical device companies, pharmaceutical firms, or healthcare brand owners.Possess in-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory standards (eg FDA, ISO 13485, GMP).Familiar with plastic component manufacturing processes (eg injection moulding, extrusion, cleanroom production) and ODM models, including design collaboration and product customisation for clients.Performance-driven with strong independent problem-solving abilities.Rapid learner with adaptable and resourceful mindset.
