Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Drive solutions to customer returns
- Act as a bridge between the business unit quality team and the Assembly Test team
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement solutions
- Lead small cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions
- Communicate current performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums
- Interact daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside the fab, and occasionally with external customers
- Serve as the primary contact for the Assembly Test with the business unit quality teams
About You

Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering degreeMinimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 or higherFresh graduate or less than 2 years relevant working experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in teams and collaborate effectively across functionsInitiative and drive for resultsStrong time management skills for on-time project deliveryAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationshipsFamiliarity with MBayse, Spotfire, 8D, root cause analysis techniquesKnowledge of standard Quality Systems such as QTS, SFC, QC Story, AlertsExposure to Python programming is an added advantageCompensation & Benefits
