Join Texas Instruments as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements and collaborate across teams in a leading semiconductor company.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include :

Drive solutions to customer returns
Act as a bridge between the business unit quality team and the Assembly Test team
Identify opportunities for continual improvement and implement solutions
Lead small cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate root cause analysis and solutions
Communicate current performance, opportunities, and next steps in internal and external forums
Interact daily with engineering peer groups inside and outside the fab, and occasionally with external customers
Serve as the primary contact for the Assembly Test with the business unit quality teams

About You

The company is looking for :

Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related engineering degree

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 / 4.0 or higher

Fresh graduate or less than 2 years relevant working experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across functions

Initiative and drive for results

Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment

Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships

Familiarity with MBayse, Spotfire, 8D, root cause analysis techniques

Knowledge of standard Quality Systems such as QTS, SFC, QC Story, Alerts

Exposure to Python programming is an added advantage
