Content Moderator（Contractor）

Job descriptionMonitor and analyze content trends to identify emerging risks and improve moderation rules. Identify and promote high-quality content to enhance community engagement and visibility. Product and Algorithm Enhancement Assist in improving the platform's algorithm to optimize content quality and community interactions. Collaboration & AI-driven Enhancement Assist in writing AI prompts to improve automation efficiency in content moderation (preferred but not required). Experience : Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or community management. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to detect fraudulent patterns, spam behavior, and policy violations. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of AI moderation tools and prompt engineering (preferred). Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Work Ethic : Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adapt to fast-changing trends. Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing Web3 community. Review, assess, and moderate community content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Provide insights and feedback to improve product features and user experience.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance moderation workflows and implement AI-driven solutions.
