What you'll do

• Gain a thorough understanding of business operations and fund flows to identify potential opportunities and risks, ensuring funds are securely managed and accurately reconciled.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of financial processes, workflows, and policies.
• Provide support for daily operational needs from a finance perspective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as operations, marketing, and technology—to design and document detailed business requirements for product features from a financial standpoint.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations to drive business performance and support the financial reporting team.
• Identify and evaluate financial risks related to the cryptocurrency sector, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Lead efforts to optimize financial processes and enhance reporting efficiency, ensuring best practices are adopted organization-wide.
