Overview
Technical Delivery Lead at Allianz Technology. You will facilitate and coordinate projects, ensuring collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the central point of contact for overall project activities
- Manage day-to-day tasks for all resources assigned to the project with scrum master support
- Coordinate project planning across disciplines and monitor plans using standard project controls to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and manage project budget, schedule, and scope
- Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams; liaise with System Integration, Data Migration, System Setup, and System Development to maximize project success
- Identify solutions and initiate escalation when required
- Escalate actions that could impact schedules, costs, or quality
- Define and manage project plans including work breakdown structures, milestones, risk management, staffing plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify opportunities to accelerate project execution while maintaining quality
- Contribute to capacity and resource staffing analyses
- Deliver complex international software solutions with a diverse team of engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
- Support project controls implementation and conduct periodic reviews to ensure delivery performance
- Demonstrate solid technical appreciation and ability to understand technical designs
- Pre-empt problems and ensure contingency plans are available
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplineMinimum 10 years of professional experience in software development project delivery in IT consultingStrong communication skills and ability to drive the teamPMP certification; experience establishing / supporting PMO / CoE within complex programs in global financial institutions; experience in process re-engineering is highly preferredAdvanced proficiency in MS Access, Excel, VBA, SharePoint, InfoPath, and Business ObjectsKnowledge ofProject Management Best Practices (Waterfall / Agile) and Business Analysis tools (MS Visio, UML, MS Project)Nice To Have Skills
