About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to take full responsibility for our central bakery’s daily operations, production flow, and quality control. This role requires a hands-on leader who can establish and maintain strong SOPs , streamline production efficiency, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of central bakery operations (production, logistics, and QC).
• Establish and maintain SOPs to ensure smooth, consistent operations.
• Oversee inventory, supply chain, and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage and develop production staff for performance and accountability.
• Work closely with management to align production with business growth.
