Transport Executive - Linehaul, SPX Express (Pulau Indah, Klang) role at SPX Express

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrival and depart haulage drivers time as per schedule to ensure compliance
• Provide escalation, status report, delay and proactive updates to relevant departments
• Tracking of daily driver attendance against forecasted plan to ensure adequate on time arrival
• Ensure the numbers of linehaul provided by suppliers and vendors are as planned according to trips
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors on ad-hoc trip requests and create additional trips if required
• Facilitate updates and responses if linehaul trucks delay departure from schedule, advise the new arrival time at facilities
• Daily reporting on trackers such as routes, staging, performance, backlog, truck planning, daily trip and ad hoc trips
