Job descriptionCandidates must posses at least diploma and above qualification in business management or logistics field. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia - both verbal and written. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook Knowledge of using SOVY system will be added advantages Able to work under minimum supervision, resourceful, meticulous, and self-driven. Able to report to work immediately and accept to work on alternate Saturday. Posses own transport.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : -
- Plan and update truck details, reports, and scheduling.
- Ensure shipment fulfilment with on-time collection, delivery, and delay tracking.
- Manage driver recruitment, disciplinary issues, and summons.
- Complete and file incident and insurance reports.
- Investigate discrepancies in operational documents (e.g., DDMR, Pre-Departure Checklist).
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
