Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with strong recruitment expertise and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Chinese, and have proven experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple regions (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan). This role is best suited for someone who can act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, deliver effective hiring strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience. Responsibilities : Serve as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders Build strong relationships with client leadership to understand hiring forecasts and translate them into effective recruitment plans Develop in-depth knowledge of client business needs and the broader industry landscape Provide regular updates on requisition status, talent market insights, and recruitment strategies Facilitate role discovery meetings with hiring managers and recruiters to set expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies Partner with sourcing teams to ensure successful candidate pipelines Support in shortlisting and presenting qualified candidates when needed Leverage recruitment data and analytics to identify improvements and share best practices Meet recruitment delivery targets and ensure high client satisfaction levels Requirements : Minimum 5 years of recruitment and / or HR experience At least 2 years of experience managing client relationships and multiple stakeholders Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) Fluency in

English

and Chinese (Mandarin)
