Overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, supervise on-site management, and implement 5S management and visual management system.
• Develop and execute scientific and rational warehouse layout plans to optimize storage space utilization and achieve visual management objectives.
• Coordinate and communicate material requirement across departments, including planning, implementation, inbound / outbound management, and inventory control.
• Regularly evaluate and analyze inventory status, organizing reviews and clearance of obsolete / slow-moving materials.
• Manage inventory counting, conduct periodic physical counts of raw materials, WIP, finished goods and scrap, and submit inventory reports to finance and other relevant departments to ensure asset security.
• Develop a warehouse emergency plan to provide material support services for emergency situations.
