Job Description

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions? Keypath is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SeniorData Analyst to join our Growth team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online education across the APAC region. This role is central to our mission of becoming the leading provider of online education, supporting performance targets through high-impact analytics and insights.

Reporting to the Director, Product Strategy and Insights, the SeniorData Analyst will work collaboratively across teams to enhance data accessibility, build robust insights capabilities, and embed a data-driven mindset throughout the business.

You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality analytics, automating reporting processes, and developing scalable, self-service dashboards using PowerBI. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional influence, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and champion best practices in data management and storytelling.

Responsibilities include the following :

Performance Analysis & Forecasting

• Analyse and interpret performance data across lead-to-start conversion, student acquisition, and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making and pacing against targets.
• Deliver timely insights through weekly performance monitoring, budget variance analysis, and proactive data investigations, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define and implement key performance indicators, enabling a data-driven culture and operational excellence across the organisation.
