Job Description

This is a remote work position. We are looking for individuals who love problem-solving and that will be able to provide support to our partners and customers worldwide.

If you are new to Joget DX, it is a new and next-generation open-source low-code platform for faster, simpler digital transformation (DX). Joget DX combines the best of process automation, workflow management, and no-code / low-code application development in a simple, flexible, and open platform. As a Joget Support Engineer, you should be able to triage and propose possible solutions reported in Joget Enterprise Support system ensuring minimal disruption and business continuity to customers' operations. You would also contribute to the product knowledge base to better help customers.

Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• QA testing for our products.
• Support users and customers in solving issues faced when using our products.
• Document and contribute learning materials to help users and customers.
