Maintain and manage accurate inventory records, including stock movements such as receiving, storing, issuing, allocation, packing, and reconciliation through regular stock checks.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and customers to manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Conduct on-site and remote system demonstrations, POCs, setup, installation, configuration, commissioning, and training sessions.
Provide end-to-end technical support, including pre-sales consultation, post-sales service, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Ensure all technical issues are logged and resolved promptly with accurate solutions, while maintaining strong, professional relationships with stakeholders.
Oversee demo samples and inventory, including stock security, container stuffing / unstuffing, and regular reporting.
Manage distribution and shipment budgets and liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Coordinate and process payment requests, ensuring timely submission and maintaining accurate sales and payment records for audits.
Prepare necessary documentation such as delivery orders, sample loan forms, and project-related reports in a timely manner.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document filing, and internal communications.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties or assignments as required by management.
Responsibilities
Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer, Electrical / Electronic Engineering or other equivalent field.
Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
Familiarity with computer systems (Windows / Mac OS), mobile devices, remote desktop applications, network configuration and other tech products.
Excellent problem-solving, communication skills in project management, including job scheduling and project delivery arrangement.
Excellent health condition, physical fitness with hands‑on and weight‑bearing abilities.
Good time management, punctuality, positive attitude, high quality self‑management with minimum supervision.
Skilled in multi‑tasking, able to prioritise tasks including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin both written and verbal.
