Job Summary : As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Develop and maintain a UI component library.
