Overview

The Senior / Lead Designer - UI / UX role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and involves leading the end-to-end design of web and mobile products including client portals, IB portals, CRM, and the mobile app to create intuitive, visually compelling experiences that support engagement and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for web and mobile products, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user engagement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and developers to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard.
• Maintain a consistent brand and design system across all digital touchpoints.
• Analyse behavioural data and user feedback to guide design decisions and continuously refine designs to improve KPIs.
