The Procurement Executive is a member of the Corporate Procurement team and will be responsible for supporting Corporate Procurement operations in the areas of Contract Management. In future, the role may evolve to also support central hosting of procurement tender events for Group and OpCos.

Make an Impact by :

Procurement Operations Support

• Contract records creation and maintenance in Ivalua / Ariba and SAP systems.
• Provide guidance and train suppliers in Ariba onboarding and registration.
• Generate Procurement reports from SAP BW and relevant Procurement systems.
• In future, to potentially expand role to handle administration of Tender / Request for Proposal (RFP) events using the procurement platform.
