Human Resources & Administration Internship will :
- Assist in recruitment and placement of tourism staff (guides, hospitality, and operations teams)
- Support HR tasks including onboarding, staff records, and training logistics
- Help coordinate staff schedules, travel arrangements, and shift planning
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal tourism-related events
- Support the team in handling correspondence with travel partners, vendors, and agencies
- Learn HR and administration functions in a professional tourism environment
