Plant Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing a manufacturing plant in Penang and owning the full P&L of the plant.

Drive all functions at the site level like Operations, Production, Quality, Engineering, EHS, Customer service, HR, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience within plant management and manufacturing operations.
• Experienced in managing full plant P&L.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Strong communication, management and supervisory skills.
