Content Reviewer / Trust & Safety Associate (Japanese / Korean Speaker)
- Review, classify, and take appropriate action on user-generated content in compliance with client policies.
- Stay updated on evolving client policies, procedures, and community standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating as needed to senior teams.
- Serve as an advocate for user safety and community well-being.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Engage in ongoing training and team discussions for continuous skill development.
- Handle sensitive or controversial content with professionalism and neutrality.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates or experienced professionals welcome).Strong coping skills , emotional resilience , and stress management ability.Proficient in English and Japanese or Korean (reading, writing, and speaking).Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive or graphic content .High attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and objective decision-making skills.Passion for internet culture, social media platforms, and online communities.Culturally aware of political and social contexts in the relevant market.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team.Flexibility to work from 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM with rotational rest days .Committed to quality , efficiency , and accuracy .Prior experience in BPO , customer service , or content moderation is an advantage.Your application will include the following questions
