Flexibility to work from 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM with rotational rest days . Committed to quality , efficiency , and accuracy . Content Reviewer / Trust & Safety Associate (Japanese / Korean Speaker)
- Review, classify, and take appropriate action on user-generated content in compliance with client policies.
- Stay updated on evolving client policies, procedures, and community standards.
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating as needed to senior teams.
- Serve as an advocate for user safety and community well-being.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Engage in ongoing training and team discussions for continuous skill development.
- Handle sensitive or controversial content with professionalism and neutrality.
