JOB SCOPE :
To develop site safety manual for project to ensure safe work environment for all company employees, contractor, visitor and community.
To review safety obligation of the clients and ensure the execution as per agreed term and communicated to Project Team.
To establish the safety and health committee at site area. To become a secretary to the safety committee.
To develop and implement project specific safety and emergency response plans.
To conducts daily toolbox talks and / or safety briefings, induction for all employee, Client, Sub contractor and inspect the integrity of personal protective equipment, materials and job-site specific gear.
To conducts regular inspections / audits of job activities, project sites, equipment and processes to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards;
To documents unsafe conditions, safety violations, accidents and near misses; and recommend corrective or preventative measures where applicable.
To recommend corrective action and follows up to ensure actions have been taken and remedies are in place to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
To conducts investigations and root caused analysis of accidents and injuries through employee interviews, equipment inspections and site inspections.
To prepare daily safety reports and maintain safety files and documentation, records and induction database.
REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2-3 years working experience in SSS field or equivalent (Valid CIDB, NTSP, FIRST AID & Etc)
Willing to travel / transfer / outstation.

Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive, capable to work independently and can work under pressure.
