Site Safety Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the site Safety & Health Plan in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA), and all DOSH requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety briefings / toolbox meetings.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations for all workers and subcontractors.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses with recommendations for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records, including safety reports and documentation for audits.
• Liaise with the Safety & Health Officer (SHO), Project Manager, consultants, and local authorities to address safety concerns.
