Job Title : Technical Release Manager – Microsoft Ecosystem (Windows OS, M365, W365, Autopilot)

Department : End User Computing (EUC) / IT Infrastructure

Summary : Seeking a Technical Release Manager to lead and coordinate release activities across the Microsoft EUC ecosystem — including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Windows 365 (Cloud PC), Autopilot , and application lifecycle management. This role ensures smooth, secure, and compliant releases supporting both on‑prem and cloud-first workplace strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full release lifecycle for Windows OS, M365, monthly patching, and Cloud PC updates.
• Oversee Autopilot deployments, application rollouts, and compatibility testing.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Security, Networking, and Support teams for successful phased rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with Change Management (RFC, CAB, communications, user readiness).
• Utilize tools such as Intune, MECM (SCCM), Autopilot, WUfB, ServiceNow, and Power BI for release automation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain documentation, publish release notes, and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
