Accounts Assistant

Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing key financial tasks, including monthly account closures, cash flow monitoring, and audit preparation.

Responsibilities

• Closing of financial accounts on a monthly basis within set deadlines.
• Monitor and completion of service tax returns and company cash flow position.
• Ensure neat and organized filing of all finance / legal related documentation.
• Prepare schedules for year end audit purpose.
• Execute treasury / banking matters with the banks.
• Generate accurate reporting to the Accountant and Group Finance Director.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
