Business Development Mobile (PLM) RSME

Responsibilities

• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
• Manage / monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter hand over the file management to Portfolio Manager at CBBC.
• Grow SME portfolio and assets through program lending.
• Cross-sell Bank and Group products and services.
• Grow SME deposits.
• Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance with conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold.
