Job description

Position : Operator Support

Work Base : Kuala Lumpur (On-site)

Employment Type : Contract (12 months)

Job Category : Administration

Working Hours : Normal hours

Monday-Friday, 8 : 30am - 5 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

Handle monthly condition and payment submission.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support in preparing monthly sales forecasts and budget.
Track GTM (Go-To-Market) activities for key launches.
Submit plan proposals, execution orders, payment requests, and product charge outs.
Work closely with the department team to monitor and report on daily sales operations.

Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management / Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in administrative or analytical roles.

Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with numbers.

Good command of written and spoken English & Malay.

Proactive, able to prioritize work, and a strong team player.

Salary Range : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month

Monthly Fix Transport Allowance : RM200

Monthly Mobile Phone Claim : Cap RM50

Overtime : For salary below RM4000

Job Type : Contract

Contract length : 12 months

Pay : RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
