Recruiter

HIM Wellness Sdn. Bhd. is a men's health company dedicated to improving the quality of life for men through a holistic approach to health and well-being. Our business operates across three key platforms : Telehealth, Physical Wellness, and HIM Products.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and lead talent acquisition across a wide range of roles — from professional positions such as Doctors and healthcare specialists, to commercial and frontline positions including Sales Executives and Live Hosts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle : job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Conduct effective interviews across multiple levels, adapting approach to suit professional and frontline roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
