Responsibilities

• Financial Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing financial data and trends to guide decision-making.
• Internal Controls : Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing : Manage and oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and within deadlines.
• Audit Preparation : Coordinate with internal and external auditors for financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
• Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, project) to gather necessary data for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ad-hoc Financial Analysis : Prepare special financial reports or analyses as requested by senior management.
• Other related duties : Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.
