Job descriptionBachelorâs degree in marketing, Business, or a related field from a recognised university. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales & Marketing or a related field (experience inthe building materials or construction industry will be an added advantage). Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Cantonese Excellence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Able to multi-task, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Possess own transport and willing to travel when required Laptop hp provided, Free parking
Job Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, consultants, architects by actively presenting and promoting our products.
- Identify, plan, and propose opportunities to have our products specified in upcoming projects.
- Work hand-in-hand with the customer account team to drive new business and revenue growth.
- Organize, coordinate & participate impactful product roadshows, exhibitions, and industry events (e.g., Archidex, Asia Water) within the allocated budget.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Support the development of sales and marketing materials, technical proposals, and product presentations.
- Align efforts with company goals, contributing to both immediate targets and long-term growth strategies.
