Shipping Executive

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collaborate closely with supplier to address and resolve shipment and supply-related issues promptly.
• Maintain effective communication channels with supplier to ensure a smooth shipment schedule and timely arrival of goods. Manage SST-related matters.
• Take charge of all import operations.
• Plan and coordinate transport arrangements for goods collection; organize transportation logistics for efficient delivery from the port directly to the customer's warehouse.
• Follow up on compensation and commission matters with supplier or service providers, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
• Able to liaise with and manage related custom documents submission.
