Content Analyst [Fresh Graduate, Fixed Working Hours]

About the Role

As an AI Analyst you will play a key part in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will fine-tune our models’ performance across several departments (with a specific focus on emotional intelligence and logic), helping to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.

Responsibilities

• Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience
• Create in-depth world building, comprehensive characters, mini-plots, personality profiles, and other relevant details
• Annotate and evaluate model responses against our evaluation rubrics to improve dialogue and overall interactions to achieve the best user experience possible
• Collaborate with our research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models
