Overview
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Mandarin speaker (able to communicate and write in Mandarin). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Knowledge of InfoTech software will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Payroll & Administration : Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in attendance, leave records, and claims.
- Help maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Support in handling government-related HR matters such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS submissions.
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Assist in job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Employee Relations & HR Support : Handle basic employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing staff activities and employee engagement events.
- Support HR team in maintaining a positive and compliant working environment.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure HR records and reports are up to date and comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports when required.
