We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to drive operational excellence across our human resource functions. This role blends policy discipline with strategic talent acquisition and management, supporting employee lifecycle oversight, compliance alignment, and performance frameworks that enable retention and growth. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a resilient workforce through structured development pathways and measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement talent development initiatives, including structured learning plans, career progression mapping, and internal mobility programs
- Support KPI framework development for HR and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals and audit visibility
- Draft, revise, and enforce HR policies in alignment with internal governance frameworks including Cyber Security Act 2024(CSA2024) and Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA)
- Facilitate compliance briefings, onboarding sessions, and retention-focused engagement activities
- Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure cross-functional policy enforcement and data protection
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews and offboarding
- Facilitate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Maintain audit-grade documentation for all HR processes, including role-based access logs and escalation trails
- Monitor and escalate workflow regressions or policy breaches with documented impact
- Prepare HR dashboards and performance reports for management review
