Job Summary
As a Human Resource Executive / Senior Human Resource Executive , your primary role will involve recruitment and staffing, payroll, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with labour laws within Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop talent pipelines for key roles to ensure workforce readiness.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Organize and conduct orientation / onboarding training for new hires.
- Liaise with recruiters for international recruitment mainly for Asia region.
Employee Relations :
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s values and objectives.Performance Management :
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.Guide managers and employees on performance improvement plans and goal setting.Analyze performance trends and recommend solutions to improve overall employee productivity.HR Policies and Industrial Relations :
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements.Maintain and update team member records in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure ISO 27001 : 2002 compliance by all employees.Ensure the Team Members Handbook & Policies comply with the Malaysian Employment Act and recommend best practices.Training and Development :
Identify training needs and collaborate with internal / external partners to deliver impactful learning programs.Support team members’ development initiatives to enhance skills, career growth, and leadership potential.Compensation and Benefits Administration :
Assist in managing payroll processes, team member benefits programs, and compensation structures.Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for pay adjustments.Employee Engagement and Retention :
Design and execute team member engagement initiatives to improve morale, satisfaction, and retention.Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and propose improvements to reduce turnover.Plan and organize employee activities and outings to foster good working relationships.HR Reporting and Analytics :
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.Analyze trends in recruitment, turnover, engagement, and performance to recommend improvements.Assist in ad-hoc duties as required by management.Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience.Proficiency with MS Office and payroll applications.Must have own transportation and be willing to commute to Ara Damansara.Independent, capable of working alone within the department.Familiar with Malaysia labour laws and regulations.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in-person.Responsible, trustworthy, and eager to learn and improve HR processes.Why Join Us?

High-level review of information security incidents and remedial action decisions.Establish relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines for ISMS implementation.Monitor effectiveness of information security policies, standards, and procedures.Prepare and maintain Information Security policies and ISMS policies.Recommend specialized information security advice or services where appropriate.Perform continual risk assessment and risk treatment planning based on established methodology.Update information asset inventory register.Ensure adequate security training is provided and regular security awareness programs are conducted.Identify the classification level of information assets.Understand the ISMS Manual and related responsibilities if appointed (Document Controller / Incident Manager / ISMS Secretariat).Unlock job insights
