Job Responsibility

Office & Pantry Support

Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms at all times.
Serve drinks, snacks, and refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Handle errands such as purchasing supplies, paying bills, and posting mail.

Driving & Delivery

Operate company vehicles to transport employees, guests, and materials to designated locations.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and goods from clients, suppliers, and partners.

Ensure that the company vehicle is regularly cleaned, serviced, and roadworthy.

Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures while driving.

General Assistance

Support staff during company events, meetings, and special projects.

Assist in moving office furniture, setting up meeting rooms, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Report any maintenance issues concerning the office or company vehicles.

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma.

Valid (Class D / B2) driving license with clean record.

Minimum 1-2 year of driving experience preferred.

Familiar with local routes and traffic rules.

Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.

Willing to assist in general office duties.
