Reservations and Booking
Manage room reservations via phone, email, or online booking systems.
Update reservation records and room availability.
Administrative Tasks
Handle billing and payment processing.
Maintain records of guest information and transactions.
Answer phone calls and redirect them appropriately.
Coordination with Other Departments
Communicate guest needs or issues to housekeeping, maintenance, or management.
Coordinate with security in case of emergencies or guest concerns.
Maintaining Front Desk Area
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
