Job descriptionBachelor\'s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Marketing related major is a must (or the candidate who has a diploma degree and more than three(3) years related working experience) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners Proven track record of success in a channel sales / business development / technical sales role, preferably within the security (CCTV product) or technology industry Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities Strong critical thinking and result-oriented mindset Medical and insurance coverage Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A dynamic and innovative company culture that celebrates teamwork and excellence
Overview
Dahua Malaysia, a leading provider of innovative security solutions, is seeking a talented Channel Sales Engineer to join our team in Penang. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and cultivating effective new channel partner relationships to expand our market reach
- Maintaining and managing the relationships with our current channel partners
- Providing product training, technical support and latest internal policies to channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products and solutions
- Collecting and analyzing the key market insights
- Collaborating with channel partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Generating sales leads and opportunities through proactive engagement with our partner network
