A leading global technology company specializing in fault‑tolerant and edge computing solutions is expanding its partner ecosystem across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We’re looking for a Channel Manager to drive partner growth, enablement, and regional revenue.
As the Channel Manager for Southeast Asia , you will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the partner ecosystem to achieve sales and growth targets across the region. This role is highly strategic, balancing business development, partner relationship management, and channel sales execution.
You will work closely with distributors, VARs (value‑added resellers), and system integrators to deepen engagement, ensure alignment with company objectives, and co‑develop go‑to‑market strategies that drive pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
- Establish enablement programs that improve partner technical and sales capabilities.
- Own and deliver regional channel sales targets.
- Drive joint business planning, demand generation, and co‑marketing initiatives with partners.
Partner Relationship Management
Manage key distributor and reseller accounts to ensure strong execution, alignment, and mutual profitability.Support channel partners in deal registration, pricing, and pipeline management.Market Expansion
Explore new market segments such as industrial automation, data center modernization, and edge computing deployments.Provide local market feedback to inform product, pricing, and marketing strategies.Governance & Reporting
Maintain accurate partner records, forecasts, and performance reports.Collaborate with regional and global channel leaders to ensure consistency in execution and alignment with global channel strategy.What We’re Looking For
8–12 years in channel sales / partner management / distributor management in IT infrastructure, hardware, or edge computing.Experience managing partners in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.Strong understanding of channel programs, incentives, and revenue models.Comfortable driving results independently across a regional remit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
