Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least SPM / STPM or higher. 2 years working experience. Specialize in Maintenance / Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Overview
To maintain and take overall preventive and safety measures in the factory.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and take overall preventive and safety measures in the factory.
- Attend to monthly checks : Air-con, Pest Control, Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler, Water Tank Level & Meter Reading.
- Maintain factory fire extinguishers in good condition and coordinate yearly refills.
- Liaise with contractors on facilities-related matters.
- Take care of the factory building maintenance.
- Carry out minor plumbing and painting works as and when required.
- Perform ad-hoc simple electrical repair and installation work when required.
